Please note that upgrades are only available to existing customers that already owns a a 1 year plan. If you have not yet purchased a plan or if you currently own a 1 month plan, then you purchase a new plan on this page.
How does the upgrade work?
The upgrade allows you to switch plan without having to pay full price on a new plan. You can upgrade your plan and you only need to pay the price difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan.
For example, if you already have purchased plan A for $100 and you want to upgrade to plan B which costs $200, then you only need to pay the price difference of $100 (plan B minus plan A). So that means you don't need to pay full price again if you want to upgrade to different plan.
What are the upgrade options I can choose?
If you have a Basic plan and you want to upgrade to Premium plan, then choose the "Basic to Premium Plan" option.
If you have a Basic plan and you want to upgrade to Premium Plus plan, then choose the "Basic to Premium Plus Plan" option.
If you have a Premium plan and you want to upgrade to Premium plan, then choose the "Premium to Premium Plus Plan" option.

What happens after I purchase the upgraded my plan?
After your purchase, we will automatically start processing your new upgraded plan and it will be made available to you within a few minutes of successful payment. You will be notified by email after this process is complete. After that, you can then access your upgraded plan on our members area.

Note: On average, 1 credit corresponds to 1 word or approximately 5 characters. Your chat credits, AI Voice, and Speech Recognition credits will reset at the start of every month.
Example, if you chose Premium Plus plan with 1 year access, then you can use 500,000 chat credits, 5 hours AI voice, and 5 hours speech recognition every month. Any unused credits during that month will not be carried over for the next month. The credits will reset at the 1st of every month regardless of when you made the purchase.
