For example, you want to purchase the TakePropips Trading Management Solutions EA and the cost is $1000. With the Split into 2 Payment option, you will pay just $500 at checkout (which is 1/2 of the full price) and the remaining amount for the next month.

How are the payments made?

The 2nd payment is made after 30 days from your initial purchase. We will send you an invoice to your email after 30 days. It is your responsibility to pay the invoice by the due date to keep your license active.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, your license will be deactivated. To reactivate your license, you will need to request a new invoice to resume the payment.

Can I cancel the 2nd payment?

Yes, you have the flexibility to terminate the license without needing to pay the entire installment. This can be done by simply not paying the upcoming invoice. However, please note that the license will be deactivated if the payment is not made.

Can I pause and resume my 2nd payment?

Yes, you can pause your payment plan if needed. To resume your payments and reactivate your license, you will need to request a new invoice. This provides the flexibility to manage your payments according to your financial situation.

Is there any interest or additional fee for choosing the Split into 2 Payment option?

No, there are no interest charges or additional fees for choosing the Split into 2 Payment option. You only pay the total product cost, divided into 2 equal payments.

Will my payment method be automatically charged for the installment payments?

No, you will not be automatically charged for the installment payments. The payment is manual, and we will send you an invoice for your 2nd payment. It is your responsibility to make the payment by the due date indicated on the invoice to keep your license active.

Do discount codes apply to the Split into 2 Payment option?

Yes, discount codes can be used with the Split into 2 Payment option. The discount is applied to the total product price before it is split.

This means the discounted total is divided into 2 equal payments. For example, if your discounted price is $800, you will pay $400 for the first payment and $400 for the second payment.

To ensure your payments are made on time, please look out for the monthly invoice we send and make the payment by the specified due date. We recommend setting reminders for yourself to avoid any disruption in your license due to late payments.

While your license may be deactivated due to non-payment, you have the option to pause the 2nd payment and resume at a later time by requesting a new invoice to reactivate your license.

No, there are no credit checks required to utilize the Split into 2 Payment option. We aim to make our products accessible to everyone without the need for credit verification.

Does the refund policy still apply to the Split into 2 Payment option?

Yes, our refund policy still applies when using the Split into 2 Payment option—but only for the first payment. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (first payment). After this 14-day period, the first payment is no longer eligible for a refund. Please note that the second payment is not refundable once invoiced or paid.
